New Cart Track Offers Fans the Ride of a Lifetime
The PIT Indoor Kart Racing opened its doors to fans who want to experience the adrenaline rush of indoor kart racing. The 100,000 square foot facility is the largest indoor track in the country. Unlike theme park go-karts, the karts at Pit Indoor Kart Racing sit just an inch off the track and can reach speeds of up to 40 miles per hour. Each rider receives a copy of his or her lap times, which is measured down to a thousandth of a second with a computerized timing system.
